Project Description
Due to Heritage a overlay the front section of the house needed to remain. Therefore, we demolished a significant portion of the existing house and created a new ground floor extension consisting of a new Kitchen, Dining, Living, Laundry, Bedroom 3 and Powder room.
A new first floor mezzanine extension was included to provide a Parents oasis with Master Bedroom, Ensuite with feature tiles, WIR, Rumpus area leading to a private tiled Balcony.
This extension and renovation have carefully selected products such as Recycled remilled Victorian hardwood messmate, hydronic heating system, grey water system and double glazed windows to name a few are what makes this an environmentally friendly home.
The final result is a home that was totally transformed and barely recognizable from its original. A visually dated and run down home is now ultra modern which was successfully executed into the clients dream home.
